Before the start of the Greyhound RFC v Cinderford Stags match the players observed a minute’s silence in memory of Barry Roberts, a well liked member of the Cinderford club.
Despite a strong second-half performance the Stags lost out 34-24 to Greyhound RFC, but still finished a creditable 3rd in Counties 4 Tribute Glos North.
Joe Freeman, Reuben Hinds, Josh Warren and Jon Jones scored their tries, with Jack Cook kicking two conversions.
