Worcester U18’s Girls – 17 Cinderford U18’s 12
With 10 minutes left on the clock and Cinderford under 18 girls pounding away at the Worcester line a score looked inevitable, however an unfortunate neck injury to a Worcester player saw the game finish early denying the possible win. The girls played well with Ruby and Millie Purser getting one try each and Megan Butler converting one.
Worcester U15’s Girls 35 – Cinderford Under 13’s Girls 25
Too many yellow cards were the downfall for the Under 15’s in their game at Worcester going down to their first defeat of the season their first game if the season in a very closely contested game. The U15’s were equal on try’s but lost out on couple of missed conversions. Francesca Clarke crossed for two try’s and Taylor Turley, Izzie Worgan and Molly Sheridan getting one each.
The under 13’s put in another spirited performance with a few new players making their debut but we’re unable to beat their host’s at Worcester. Nai Bundy and Caitlin Firmin got on the score board and a great effort by the rest of the team some in their first ever game.
