Dings Crusaders Girls 22 Cinderford Girls 34
Cinderford Rfc girls hit the road again with a trip to Dings Crusaders on Sunday, and again they put on a great display of running rugby against a barbarian team consisting of three elite players.
The girls took the game to them with some hard running and rucking. Top try scoring machine Elle-Jay Browning crossed the line for four try’s followed by Haidee Field and Niamh Brennan with one a piece and Brennan converting two.
Cinderford U15s Girls 36 Clifton U15s Girls 10
The under 15s playing their last National cup game against Clifton put on another great display in front of the home crowd, Chloe Ervig keeping her prolific scoring tally going with two try’s and three conversions, also on the score board were Andrea Prince, Kallie Hancock,Latino Vick and Poppy Godwin with one try each.
Cinderford Under 23’s
The Under Cinderford U23’s put in another great performance playing in two games at Dings narrowly missing out in the first game against Winscombe going down 15- 10 with try’s scored by Taylor and Lexi Bishop. Their second game against Dings was hard fought match against a larger team resulting in a 5- 0 loss and the game ending early due to an injury to Cinderfords Emily Ervig.
All the girls teams should be proud of a great all round performance from Cinderford Girls section .
