Cinderford girls section entertained Richians at Dockham road ground this weekend and put in another committed performance.
The under U18’s finally had a game at home after playing quite a few on the road, they had led for the majority of the encounter but with a player in the sin-bin failed to stop their opponents scoring the winning try in the dying minutes as Richians crashed over from a five meter scrum ending the game Haidee Field scored a hat trick and Fenn Wightman Smith got one try, Millie Atkins kicked three conversions. There should be a mention for captain on the day Millie Purser whose tackles were relentless knocking the opponents back on many occasions.
