Cinderford slipped to a disappointing defeat against an Exeter University team who were simply the better side on the day.  The Forest of Dean side did score six tries in a match full of exciting attacking rugby, but they were always chasing the game against a Student’s team who possessed superior pace and ball handling skills.  Dan Broady, Sam Smith and George Evans scored first-half tries for Cinderford, along with two conversions from Luke McMahon as the visitors trailed 26-19 at the interval.  George Alexander, Will Korb and Will Baldwin added scores in the second-half, along with a conversion apiece from McMahon and Sonny Greenman, but the visitors came up well short.
