After a slow scrappy start and some aggressive and determined defence Cinderford showed their class with a dominant first half display scoring 6 unanswered try’s to lead 36-0 at half time.
Following half time another try followed to make it 43-0 to the visitors. Croesycieliog then made 7 changes about 10 minutes in to the second half which encouraged them to run against a tiring Cinderford team.
Travelling with a bare 15 all the boys showed great character to hold out the hosts in the final 10 minute onslaught for a well deserved first victory over their opponents, and if not mistaken a first victory on welsh soil. Nick Kiss deservedly picking up the man of the match award for an all round great performance, a difficult choice for Coach as lots of the team performed well.
Longlevens up next for Cinderford to hopefully continue their winning start to the season
Well done boys
