Cinderford were comprehensively outplayed by a Blackheath side who were simply a level above their opponents in thought and deed throughout.
The home side had their four try bonus point wrapped up after just 28 minutes with Tom Chapman twice, Devin Montgomery and Markus Burcham crossing for tries, with Freddie Gabbittas landing two of the conversions. As half-time approached the visitors enjoyed their best spell of the match, and replacement hooker Luke Cole scored an unconverted try.
More pressure from the re-start failed to bring another score and any chance to change the momentum of the match was effectively lost. Blackheath were quickly back in the ascendancy after the interval with Tom Read, Dave Allen and Mark Briant all crossed for tries, as their opponents challenge wilted in the warm sunshine. Gabbittas landed one conversion and a penalty. Davy McGregor scored a late consolation try for Cinderford from a lineout catch and drive.
