It was a Dockham Road try fest for the under 18’s girls as they entertained Somerset team Wellington in a tens game. The pace of this match never slowed, with the home side finishing as emphatic winners .
Millie Purser did well, running try’s in for fun finishing with six , Haidee Field and Megan Butler both got hat tricks. Captain Daisy Turner and Fenn Wightman Smith finished with one each, Megan Butler took over the kicking duties for the injured Niamh Brennan kicking four conversions and Daisy Turner one.

Up the road and over the Manning’s the under 15’s took on their local rivals Drybrook in a fiercely competitive encounter. After a slow start the girls got into their rhythm and an entertaining second half overcame their opponents to gain a good victory.
Outside half Chloe Ervig lead the way with some strong running, delivering four individual try’s and kicking five conversions. Former Drybrook player Izzy Worgan scored two and Lexi Bishop one, a great squad effort by all involved.
Next week sees the girls in National cup competition with the 15’s home to Old Richians and the 18’s home to Avonmouth so come support the girls and watch some entertaining rugby.
