The Cinderford under 12’s travelled to the Gloucestershire county cup finals after beating Widden old boys 25 – 0, Dings Crusaders 10 – 5, Berryhill 40 – 0, Stow on the Wold 25 – 0 in the pool stages and Old bristolians 5 – 0 in the Quarter final.

The semi final saw Cinderford take on Stow on the Wold again. This time around the game was a lot tighter with so much to win or lose. The 1st try of the game came from Cinderfords centre Matthew Jones but Stow scored a try of there own within 2 minutes. The 2nd half started all square but it was to be Cinderford to make the break through with Matthew Jones going over again. Ben Grindle sealed the victory for Cinderford and the place in the final.

The Final was set with Cinderford taking on a very good Bredon Star team.  Cinderford in their 4th county cup final knew what was needed of them and did not disappoint. Cinderford started strong putting in some hard tackles to keep Bredon at bay.  In form Centre Matthew Jones scored Cinderfords 1st two tries, Prop Josh Warren scored the 3rd and Will Ruck added the 4th and Final try of the game. A superb 20 – 0 win gave Cinderford there 3rd county cup trophy.
