This week the Cinderford U12’s travelled to Gloucester to take on Matson. On a wet and muddy pitch Matson kicked to start. Cinderford started strong, pushing hard Cinderford put pressure on the Matson defence and the 1st came from Morgan Embling, Captain Ben Grindle added the 2nd try after crashing over the line. Some superb scrummaging and hard work from the Cinderford forwards paid off with Winger Freddie Knight adding the 3rd. Charlie Manns added the 4th try from a kicked clearance from Matson, Charlie ran the ball up and found a space in the defence to score a superb try and topped it off with a swan dive.

The 2nd half started with the wind, rain and pitch against Cinderford but they kept at it with hard work and a controlled display of good rugby ended in fly half Zac Littlefair going over with the 5th try. Winger Freddie Knight danced his way over the line to add the 6th try. The 7th try and final try came from forward Oliver Cook to cap off some great work from all the Cinderford boys and Charlie.
Cinderford win 35 – 0
