The Annual General Meeting of Cinderford Rugby and Sports Club will be held on Tuesday 9th June in the Dockham Road Clubhouse starting at 7:30 pm.
Nominations for committee must be submitted to the club secretary or chairman by Saturday 6th June on the appropriate form that can be obtained from the club office or bar on request. Nominees must be full members of Cinderford RFC as must those proposing and seconding the nominee. The nomination must be signed by the proposer and seconder and countersigned by the nominee indicating his or her willingness to serve.
