The New year got off to a great start with Cinderford under 15 girls playing their first home game in a long time! The game took place on the main pitch, and the girls hit the ground running with a dominant display of rugby in front of a good crowd.
With perfect conditions the squad showed no ill effect of Christmas with scores coming from Chloe Ervig and Chloe Palmer with two try’s each, scrum half Fenn Wightman Smith finished the game grabbing one try Ervig also converted one.
Drybrook Under13s Girls 40 Cinderford U13s Girls 40 Just up the road at Drybrook the under thirteens shared the honours with a hard fought draw,Francesca Clarke lead the way with a hat trick of try’s followed closely by Emily with a pair and Taylor, Maddie and Lexi Bishop both scoring one a piece.
All the well played girls great start to the New year.
