Cinderford RFC under 15 girls needed 9 points in their final game to reach an incredible score for the season of 1000 points. They achieved it by beating Old Richians 34/10 at Dockham road on the Sunday before the Tour to Paington Devon. Points came through Charlie-Mai Manns 2 Robyn Marsh,Saffron Smith,Megan Harris & Elle Jay-Browning 1 a piece Charlie also converted 2.
Finishing their season with stats of played 18, won 16, lost 2, points for 1025, against 222, which is an incredible achievement, also finishing runners up in the RFU Area 1 national cup. This has been an outstanding season for the girls section at the club with the 13s winning their final game too against Old Richians by 40/30 captain Niamh Brennan leading from the front as normal with 4 try’s Megan Morgan 2 Ellie Wheeler-Smith 2 a great result and end to this season.
