Local Forest Derby’s have always been a thing of legend, full of blood and snot and this one never disappointed.

Cinderford U15’s Girls 15 – Drybrook U15’s Girls 12

Cinderford under 15 girls took on Drybrook at Dockham Road, this game turned out to be an epic occasion for what had to be the biggest crowd of the season.
A ferocious encounter ensued and with seven minutes left on the clock and the home side trailing ten points to twelve and both sides were still ferociously pushing for the win, when Abbie Knight broke the line and beat the Drybrook defence to score the winning try, dragging a few defenders with her to do so.  Captain Elle Murrell and Chloe Palmer were also on the score board in a great victory.

The Under 13s weren’t so lucky going down to a committed Drybrook side.  Cindy battled hard but couldn’t contain the their larger opponents,however they still put in a spirited display of rugby and fought hard, near the end they grabbed a couple of consolation try’s from Lexie Bishop, Maddie Warren and Taylor a great effort by all the girls with a few newbies making their first appearance for the club well played all.
