Cinderford travelled to Cheltenham Sunday on the back of a good county cup result. Cinderford gave the chance to players who started on the bench in the county cup and gave a few players a rest. But with a much improved Cheltenham North against them and Cinderford with to many handling errors this prove to be a tough game.
Cheltenham took the lead in the first half with there inside centre crashing over under the post which the extras where added. Cinderford had plenty of the ball but just kept making mistakes. Cinderford came out strong in the second half and soon scored a try from Jack Piercy which Zac Littlefair added the extra . Cinderford had plenty of the ball in the second half but couldn’t force another try. Plenty to work on in training this week
