Cinderford slipped further into the National One relegation zone with a disappointing result at Blackheath.

The visitors made a bright start to the match with Mark Davies kicking three penalties in the opening twenty minutes.   Simon Whatling replied with a penalty and then converted a brace of tries from home flanker David Allen as Blackheath secured a 17-9 lead at the interval.

Davies was on target once again early in the second-half, but once again the home side upped the pace and Hamish Graham touched down in the corner, before Dante Mama raced over for the bonus point try.
Whatling kicked one of the conversions and a penalty to make it 32-12 after 65 minutes of play.

Cinderford responded with a try from replacement Lance Randall with Davies converted and with the last play of the match Tom Hicks also went over, but Davies was unable to add the extras to earn his team a losing bonus point.
